The land is located with 10 minutes to Geelong city centre, Torquay, the beach, and Deakin University. Geelong is the first city being built in Victoria and earlier than Melbourne City centre. Geelong Grammar School is a very prestigious school, students coming from around the world, including Prince William and Prince Harry.
