Dr James Liu has lived and worked in both America and China, but has resided in Australia for the last 30 years. He obtained his Doctor of Medicine and PhD degrees from the University of Melbourne, and has been recognised with awards from three international societies in his field of cardiovascular medicine.

By chance James became a part-time property developer where he developed and sold many projects. So great was his early success that he decided to attend Harvard Business School to become a full-time business entrepreneur.

James has been very successful in real estate and business brokering. He adapts himself well to both Western and Eastern cultures, and it is this combination that is the key to his success.

Along his journey, James has also published many books, including a public health book titled ‘The Synergy of West + East: A Manual for Living Healthier, Younger and Longer.’ He has travelled around the world to every continent and is familiar with a vast range of cultures.  

With over 30 years Real Estate experience, Deanne is  passionate and well informed regarding all aspects of the property market.  

Deanne evolved from a professional business and managerial background to property, expanding her experience base to include renovation, purchasing, building and designing.

Her passion for real estate is balanced with lifestyle  interests including time at the coastal village of San Remo travel, the arts, concerts, galleries, dining and keeping up with family and friends

David had worked as Production and Quality Controller and Production Manager in two companies before.  He also had his own import and wholesale business and cafe restaurant.  David has a variety of experience in small business runing and management.  He speaks fluently both English and Chinese lauguages, and has good communication skills. David has become a specilist in selling residential properties in the East and South East suburbs and an expert in selling small businesses.  

David is a gentleman and very friendly to his vendors and customers.   

After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science and working on radio conducting and presenting medical research, Vanessa completed her agents course and followed her passion for property and Real Estate, she then joined the team at Weast to be trained by the top renowned real estate agent Dr James Liu and now works as a sales consultant for Weast corporation.

She has strong communication skills and thoroughly enjoys the industry and any challenges that may come her way. She is especially fond of period homes and their unique characteristics as she grew up in one in Kew, she also loves watching new developments come to life and modern/unique properties. 

In her spare time, Vanessa works on a local radio station doing health broadcasting, and she is also a signed model. 

Natalia started her own business in fashion and interior design when she was just a university student. When she graduated, she had already established her own company. While obtaining her Master’s degree, her company employed 15 people and handled made-to-order designs for many high-profile customers, including celebrities, as well as interior designs for many houses.

After several years, Natalia sold her business to become a full-time mother, however now she has returned to work as a real estate agent and business broker.

Natalia is familiar with Eastern culture and ancient philosophy. She has extensive experience in applying Fengshui to architectural and interior designs for houses. As an illustrator, Natalia published several children’s picture books, and co-authored ‘The Synergy of West + East: A Manual for Living Healthier, Younger and Longer.’ 

James had studied courses in Havard University and MIT.  In America, he and his team developed a software for hospital managment.  The software was sold to a large company for US$240 million.  After immigrating to Australia, James had worked for two real estate companies and had obtained experience in selling real estate properties. Now, James has joined our sales team and works as Area Manager in Baysite area where he and his family live.  He is good in selling large businesses and properties.
